We are all here more close to be a family rather than saying work buddies, team work is the main feature for everyone in the place, 40+ members in Carego have the same target , to reach the company success with a big smile on the face. I love this place and enjoying working in it.

CEO doesn't want to put any kind of shed outside for smokers, and it is COLD , on the other side he can provide any kind of support to quit smoking :)

Drama-free work environment consisting of forward thinking people who are constantly pushing the envelope as it pertains to industrial automation. Clean office space set up for group problem solving, technical lab work, as well as independent work. Great company Owner / CEO who always acknowledges hard work and dedication with a clear and transparent vision on the change and growth of the company as a whole.

Currently a little heavy on management, but hopeful the ratio will lighten as the company continues to grow.
