Pros

It's awesome to be apart of such a hard working team. As staff we are valued and well supported. Our remote working policy has enabled me to live a better work life balance than previous jobs.

Pros

- The current CTO is an extremely good leader. - The BA & development team have been good to work with, got "most" tasks done in proper Agile/Scrum hybrid fashion.

Cons

- Onboarded support team members with QA responsibilities. - To fill out timesheets, for example Jira ABC-1234 was worked on for 7.6 hours today. - Painfully slow process on development tasks due to point #1. The task scope can get blown out due to improper Agile/Scrum practices. - Zero DevOps, all devops pipelines are manually executed. - Lack of career growth options and funding. - Silo development, not always but it's 70% of it, working in a VERY small team, especially for the App Developer role. - Employee bias is present in the workplace, especially if the employee is difficult to work with, the bias still takes over.

However, the company provides plenty of support to help employees adapt and grow.
