CareMessage, as many startups, has gone through many lives. The company now seems to be getting through the awkward teenage years and coming into its own as a fully remote company. The expectations and experiences are now the same for all involved which allows leadership to invest more heavily in making work great for everyone. If you enjoy working from home, this is the place to do it.
