Pros

Some wonderful people were employed there for a time. The mission of the company and values seemed admirable. The company seemed to put emphasis on DEIB

Cons

I have never been associated with such a poorly ran company! Certain leaders and employees were able to get away with nepotism, discrimination and the place wreaks of too much male Frat-ish energy the CEO the head offender. Have you heard of the crying CEO well this companies CEO is similar. The CEO has the biggest ego I've ever seen in the workplace and should spend less time bragging on social media and more developing his management skills. The company was founded by 3 males and not one of them should be leading people. 3 rounds of layoffs in 6 months is an indication the leaders have no idea what they are doing. People laid off are still seeking employment in a horrible job market and the CEO continues to post things on social media as if nothing ever happened.
