Pros

Strong culture of purpose, support, flexibility and autonomy where people really care about you and the work.

Cons

Pay and benefits aren't as strong as some places, but they make up for it with the flexibility and remote work culture.

Pros

Rewarding work, some supportive team members, remote work, overall a decent job if you keep to yourself and have moderate expectations. They sell you a mission, but once you start you realize that doesn't really exist. Very metric focused and due to staffing changes those metrics can be unattainable at times unless you sacrifice the quality of your work which management will encourage you to do to 'maximize efficiency'

Cons

Increasingly high case load, constant office drama- easy to avoid but certain coworkers and managers will focus more on 'team culture' but really they just want to gossip and ensure you fall in line with their 'side'
