      Pros

      I love working for Cargo. I work my own hours when I can. I gain a lot of experience and knowledge. You end up meeting a lot of new people in the same industry, do it gives you the ability to network as well.

      Cons

      We went through a couple payroll issues, that no one was happy about but, it is fixed now. Making the sales goals can be hard at times. There's no discounts or gratis.

      Pros

      The pay was really good at $20/hour.

      Cons

      It's difficult to establish a client base at multiple stores with only 10 hours a week. The goals were pretty unrealistic for my location.

      None, honestly this is the first brand I haven't had a good word to say about. I'm only writing in this section because I have to

      Cons

      No gas mileage for travel in between stores. I'm still waiting to be paid after reaching out to management several times to no avail. No gratis or discounts, high Goa expectation in Kohls, they are not involved with their brand. They are still holding on to the fact that "Jennifer Anniston" loves cargo, but how many years ago was that? No good shade range for Africa American clients.
