Pros
The company has tons of opportunity for work, especially in handling mail or cargo throughout the US. Opportunity for low level promotions is high.
Cons
Management needs to have more professional training, there are too many items left to answer and this has been a problem for employees and the company in the past. Overall, there are too often, days when employees are learning on the job, many of the items they should have learned in the classroom.
