      Pros

      Helpful to the patient's that they assist.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. They treat you like you are in a sweat shop. They count how many minutes you are away from your desk when going to the restroom. EXTREME micro-managed. Don't trust the fake smiles. The atmosphere is cold so please don't trust them. They talk about you behind your back and one manager admitted that he did not like people. smh

      Wonderdul team oriented environment and great place to learn new skills while being put to work decent pay.

      None great place to work if tour dedicated to your profession.

      Pros

      Positive work environment and great co-workers. Management expects a lot from you but they give you the tools and training you need. Best part of the job is talking with the patients and helping them get the assistance they need.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about the company or the job.
