      Pros

      Culture (on nightshift) is supportive, and I enjoy seeing my coworkers every day. The work itself is fullfilling and can be mentally stimulating. I enjoy my hours and scheduling is easy.

      Cons

      Patient load can be high, which leads to burnout. Certain people do not take their work seriously, and this is dangerous. Better teaching and scrutiny could help.
