      You will learn how to work on your own. You will learn what not to do in your next job.

      Cons

      Women are insecure and no team environment. The new people they hire are not qualified. It’s a place where people who can’t find work elsewhere - end up. The only people left at the company are really not able to find a job any where else because they are not qualified.

      Lots of hands on experience so you don't feel like you're just there to push paper or do meaningless jobs like some internships.

      Cons

      I didn't have any negative experiences while working there.
