      Pros

      Summer and christmas party but havent give us one for past two years because of covid but not given us something else. Get a christmas bonus but have to work down to the bone to get it and isnt a lot

      Cons

      Salary for amount of stress and work. Put salaries up recently because about half the department left for better jobs with better salary. But it isnt enough for the work that is demanded. Micro management. Management only think of themselves and treat employees with disregard. Frowned upon if you take sick leave. High workload and kpi with emails.

      Pros

      Staff events that help us come together as a business and get to know each other. We get help from fellow more experienced apprentices.

      Cons

      Were not being taught how to do the thing we are learning about, were just being taught them and expected to remember with no hands on experience.
