1. If you are join to esurance project, that's fine otherwise I am not sure anything... 2. Your onsite mangers will be good for always they can understand your situation.
Cons
1. Salary date will be delayed for example every 5th salary will be on your account, if in case 5th is Saturday, Sunday or public holiday your salary will be paid on next working day. 2. Poor politics- especially DW team.. 3. Infrastructure is not good. 4. Even they will calculate your snacks cost. 5. Your increment will always delayed. 6. If you are billable resource, they will try to listen your words. 7. If you're not billable your job is _________ . 8. Even they are not ready to spend for training for new technology. 9. We can sleep anytime - they don't have guest room( take your bedsheets, pillow from your home). 10. 2 best and good employees so that is the reason project is still running..
