Pros
You can move in the company. Not exactly moving up, but there are lot´s of opportunities inside the company
Cons
- Heavy workload ; - Complete lack of HR policies in the company (training, career planing) ; - A lot of promisses, a lot of disapointments; - Retail in Brazil is not a place for good salaries in the mid levels and Carrefour is in line with this. - In general a Bad working enviroment and a huge turnover (around 30% a year in the HQ , 50% is the overall company turnover) -
