      Pros

      Loved working for Carrot Medical. Small, family type atmosphere where every member of the entire organization would do whatever was necessary to take care of each other and more importantly, the customer. Great innovative products & service offerings that allow Sales Directors to make a rewarding income in the medical device sales industry. CEO is very accessible & willing to help wherever he could to make employees & company successful. Overall a great opportunity & sales experience, proud to have on my Resume.

      Smaller company so naturally have limited budgets.

      Jeremy Wiggins (CEO) is very honest and follows through on his commitments to customers and employees.

      As a smaller company it is tough competing with the larger companies such as GE, Philips and Siemens

      This is response to the review left by "Anonymous" on July 17th. First of all, it's sad that this person did not have the decency to list their name. If you hide behind "Anonymous" it displays a trait of cowardliness. I have worked with many different people and companies over 40 years time and Carrot Medical’s CEO is one of the BEST in terms of trying to be ethical and do the right thing by everyone! Carrot Medical has a stellar ethical and regulatory compliance record. And I know from personal experience and observation that the CEO cares about people on a personal level.

      Cons

      As a start-up company adequate funding and resources to compete effectively against the big players has always been a limiting factor. However the nimbleness of a small company is a plus against the resource constraints.
