      Pros

      I've worked here for several years and witnessed a number of lay offs. Management pushes for mental health days and prioritizing wellness, and cross training to provide support when we were short staffed so others could take time off. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Staff started quitting, more lay offs happened. We always communicated well and I really enjoyed working here, but the "higher ups" called for further lay offs.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people that I met and the overall work and process of the company at the beginning.

      Cons

      Company wide lay offs to outsource positions to the Philippines. Tried to act like they weren't asking us to train our replacements. No transparency.
