      Pros

      Good view of the baseball field. There are no other pros for this place. Seriously. Just ask people around the city.

      Cons

      If you’re not an attorney, you’re not even considered a person. Self-centered, egotistical, “professionals” who are more than happy to take advantage of others. If you enjoy verbal abuse, this is the place for you!
