      Pros

      Everyone’s been so welcoming and genuinely wants you to succeed. The company has big goals (which I see as a pro because i’m motivated by challenging work). Even with that ambition, the culture feels really relaxed and down-to-earth. The people are great and it’s just an awesome environment to be in.

      Cons

      Although I’m relatively new, I have not spotted any red flags thus far.

      Pros

      The building is the cleanest building I’ve ever seen.

      Cons

      Working culture is average at best. Management out of touch, unsure how to do basic tasks, but has elevated expectations for the team. Poor communication partnered with unclear expectations.
