The staff to child ratio of supervision was never met and the children's needs were regularly disregarded. Management was never supportive of the needs of the residents or staff. You only saw management when licensing came or when donors with a lot of money came. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone because they will work you like a slave then attempt to retaliate against you when you try to stand up for yourself.
