Pros

Experience here depends on the kind of client you get. If you get a good client, you get to work on interesting stuff. Some of the clients have very basic CRM activities, hence not a lot to learn. Company is trying to move towards more AI and digital analytics. So there is a chance that you might end up working on some exciting problems. But CRM remains the bread and butter! Cons

Technology stack needs to deepen No work life balance or should I say no life at all for teams handling some select clients. People work till 4 in the morning. Its high time, upper management should take appropriate steps. This doesn't happen in most teams though

Hey thanks for the feedback and the overall thumbs up. I'm going to dock us a point from your rating for the work-life balance point though. So one thing that we've done after having heard of this (and I know what clients you're talking about) - is to have HR actively track this phenomenon and reach out to the team leads if they're team is staying late for more than the odd day. The mandate is that the system has to step in and either 1) Help the team with hands 2) Help the team with client handling or 3) Help with just plain letting them know we're aware and would like to help. By your feedback it hasn't percolated sufficiently, so thanks for bringing it up! We'll be extra aware. Thanks again! - SM
