The owner is a basket case, which is unfortunate because the coffee shop is beautiful. She is a negative person who uses the fact that she pays well to justify how she treats her employees. At one point she informed us that we were taking too many bathroom breaks, so people were concerned about using the restroom. She is known for yelling at her employees and lacks any sort of common sense when it comes to professionalism. This makes the work environment very awkward and unpleasant. If you're willing to put up with this for a great paycheck, then it can be an okay job. Stay away if you want a healthy work life balance.
Also the schedule comes out on Saturdays before the following week so you only have a few days notice for when you will be working.
