      Cheap products and equipment. Egotistical management. Constantly changing policies. Threatening and fear based approach to leadership. Requesting time off can get you fired, even for medical reasons like the birth of a child. No team culture.

      Work load can be very low in the cold seasons almost enough to where you don't have Work multiple days in a row
