Pros

The employees and management at Cascade are like my second family. I have been here for over 5 years now and continue to be impressed at the lengths management goes to keeping the job interesting and the pay competitive. You know management cares when the owner himself personally shops for snacks at Costco and will buy lunch and breakfast for the crew multiple times a week.

Cons

Not many other than the early start time (7AM)

Pros

Management is stellar. You can tell they care about their employees and want to keep you. Pay is way above average. Perks include lunches, snacks and beverages. Gift cards to local restaurants are often used as incentives for going above and beyond. The atmosphere has gotten much more relaxed in recent years.

Early morning start time and just phone work in general

Pros

Nice clean office and great perks and hours. Pay depends on your sales skills but training was at $14 ph and most people made alot more than that. The scheduling is interesting too. As soon as we hit goal for the week we were done for the week. Usually by the end of Thursday. So around 30-32 hours or so. Last thing they supply snacks and drinks all day long free.

Cons

Well it is an office job, which I liked but you do have to sell. So if sales aint your bag then you probably will struggle. But they do train well so if thats soemthing you want to overcome, theyll get you there.
