      Pros

      I am a new employee to CST, so I am not privet to the past management, what I can say is the entire team, from managers to techs are helpful, friendly and simply stated, GOOD people. This is a company that I will definitely invest my efforts and I know will value me as well.

      Cons

      Only con so far is that the company is not yet as widely utilized as I can clearly see it's potential being.
