      Awesome team; very friendly and welcoming; knowledgeable; helpful. Management is very open and available. Lots of communication. I've heard about the company before they made some changes to structure and management, and I very much like what they've done/where they look to be going.

      Small 401K program; uncertainty of overall plan for company management structure.
