Pros
CMU fosters a professional environment that in most cases promotes the best in it's employees. From my experience, my supervisor has been quite supportive while teaching me new techniques and informing me of the services available for our consumers.
Cons
The case load for the case manager's can become cumbersome because of the vast amount of responsibilities placed them. The productivity standards make it challenging to allocate time effectively to both meeting standards and getting administrative work done.
