The team is small which makes each employee's integral role important to the success of the overall company. The atmosphere is professional and collaborative, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. The founders are very mindful of work-life balance and practice what they preach.
Perks include group outings, benefits, anniversaries/birthday celebrations, a plethora of places to walk and explore during lunch, a new office with an amazing view of downtown Atlanta, a dedicated floor in the office building for employees to eat, work, socialize (similar to a WeWork space), as well as a newly renovated gym and multiple conference rooms available to rent.
Cons
The Starbucks in the lobby of the building isn't the best (DD across the street is a much better option).
