Pros

- Lots of opportunities, I've been here less than 6 months and already received a promotion - Really interesting problems we're solving, and our products are having a huge impact at hospitals - Great leadership that really understands the problems, supports the team and sets reasonable expectations

Cons

- It's a startup so sometimes you have to wear many hats, but I actually really enjoy that aspect - You might be dismayed to find out how manual and error-prone Healthcare processes are

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to grow. If there’s a challenge you want to own just ask for the opportunity. For a remote company there’s a nice emphasis on building relationships across the company. Twice a year all employees are brought into Chicago to foster team building. Your work is impactful and really helps our healthcare clients. You get to work on a cloud based solution and modern tech stack. Learning is part of the culture. You have access to a learning platform and time to apply what you learned. There are also opportunities to attend various training sessions and conferences. Excellent work-life balance

Cons

Depending on what you’re looking for, this really is remote work which isn’t for everyone. The company has WeWork space so if you’re in Chicago and want to go into an office you can. If you’re used to working for a large organization the smaller startup culture might not be a good fit. Like any company on a growth curve there’s a lot of work to be done so you have to be good at prioritizing.
