      Pros

      Family owned company that truly cares about it's workers. I have been with Cash Wa for only a year and am amazed at how they treat me as an employee. Fair compensation plan.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better but the same can be said for most employers now days.

      Pros

      The people are great to work with and management is good. Show up and do a good job and you can earn good incentives and great pay. It's a good way to keep in shape too.

      None, its a great company and I would definitely recommend applying.
