Pros
Sadly the place has lots of space to improve, that's the pro... across the board, product development, management, CEO all not optimal, not delivering properly for the betterment of the business its investors, clients and employees. Another positive is Cashflows seems to have an endless queue of "employees" willing to mark it as 5 stars on Glass Door, hilariously endless, suspiciously endless - Benny Hill - esq!
Cons
No structure or proper governance, CEO and her Stepford wifes-esq clan of yes people really don't know what they're doing, I mean to the point of being utterly deluded as to what we could achieve (and sometimes what we even do). CEO (who will struggle to explain what a chargeback is) runs a culture of fear which given her lack of experience creates a very toxic environment where people dare not speak up despite seeing everything heading in the wrong direction. They struggle to do basic things like understand who top clients are, CEO has put her heal in it on more than one occasion because she wanted to dive headlong into "big I am" discussions without first understanding the full landscape of partner relationships. Historically they've never paid commission on time and struggled to honour basic promises made at interview. Really not a good place to invest your career credits - honestly just pick somewhere else. The place bleeds talent, ask for honest turnover figures, listen out for the spin.
