Pros

- On the path to become one of the fastest SaaS growing startups in history. - What other companies achieves in 3 years, CAST does it in 6-8 months. It means there are many opportunities for career advancement. - Fully-remote - Technology superiority beats other market solutions, easy to sell - Good compensation and stock options

Cons

- Global team, hard to meet everyone in person as frequent as one could wish - CAST AI celebrates ownership and open-mindness. It's not the most comfortable place for folks, who are used to wait for the things to happen, instead of moving the needle themselves. Sometimes it's hard.

Pros

CAST is an exceptional company—built on world-class technology and an outstanding group of people. The CEO is a passionate, direct, and deeply committed leader. The President treats the company like it’s his life’s work, and the CTO is one of the most brilliant minds I’ve worked with. In a high-growth environment, not everyone succeeds—some struggle to keep up with the pace and expectations. That’s part of the reality. But when someone who didn’t meet the bar chooses to leave and then posts a dark, bitter message aimed at great leaders and a company that gave them an opportunity ... that crosses a line. J, I had some respect for you. But after seeing your message, I’ve lost that respect.

Cons

Yes, it’s true — the President of the company is deeply passionate about CAST mission. When he sees that a professional isn't delivering results, he can become more hands-on. But that typically stems from someone not stepping up to close the opportunities already in motion ... not from a desire to micromanage for its own sake.
