      My supervisor was active in my development of casting and machining procedures. I worked as a Quality Intern to reduce internal defects and improve work standards

      Cons

      Hire level employees were stuck in the old way of engineering. Had a lot of defects that were not being addressed

      Pros

      Good place to learn about Machining and Castings. Good company to start off you career at. Good management, great health benefits.

      Cons

      Union shop with a pension that is absolutely horrid. Pay scale is low.
