The customers are the only good part about the job. You can help them and give them a positive experience through a negative life event or accident.
Cons
Okay job if you don't mind micro-management. There is little respect for customers. Customers and employees are spoken to condescendingly.
Whenever a customer complains of an issue with an order they are told that mistakes happen because high school students and single mothers are hired here.
Not to mention, the customer service account is under a former employee that they pretend still works there!
100% Would not recommend working at CastCoverz.
No benefits whatsoever, no breaks, disorganized environment, and extremely low pay.
