      Pros

      Great missions, great amount of responsibilities for an intern

      Cons

      Top manager basically don't care about their employees well-being. The amount of vacation is ridiculous, the wages are ridiculously low in the marketing department. Building are old and falling down

      Pros

      Great employees, work hard, excellent with customers.

      Cons

      Management changes direction every month, no communication about important issues, refuse to put salary/commission plans in a written offer (so that they can change later). Never deliver on planned products so that the company can stay competitive.
