      Pros

      Castle has been my home away from home for 10+ years. The people here care about each other. We have watched each others children grow up, some of which have also joined the Castle family. It's a very laid back environment, with the opportunity to grow, if you put in the effort. The owners genuinely care about their employees and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Great place to be a part of.

      Cons

      Very laid back environment, so if you're the corporate suit and tie type, this place is probably not for you.

      Wide product selection, performance bonuses.

      Cons

      Management's passive aggressive, you don't really know what they want. Even when they hate you, won't even know it till the day comes when they tell you they're firing you!
