Pros
Castles has gone though a Big change in leadership over the past year and is in the process of revitalizing it self though the hard work and love of the current staff and management. The pay is what you would expect with a growing company not top of the line but not low balling ether know your worth and ask for what you think you should have and you might get talked down a bit The culture on my team and over all is great we take care of each other and care for one another the team looks out and is supportive of what ever you got going on New leadership is great and it feels like they care about you! We are slowly separating our values and practices from the HQ office in Taiwan and becoming our own place of business here in the States and the change has been a shock on how much we have changed over the past 6 months. Moving up in the company is a possibility internal movement is a thing and has happened a decent bit in the past few months people getting real promotions and teams growing and it feels good
Cons
We are a small company and we are growing there are pains it happens Benefits are fully paid for by the company but they are not top of the line and its expensive if you need to add a dependent We are a specialized part of the tech field and its alot to learn that is not taught in school so you have to be ready to learn. Communication with HQ can be a pain when you have to as there is a 12-13 hour time difference so if you need external support you have to wait 24-48 hours No in house IT as of this date 12/28/2022 so you have to find out most of your IT issues on your own or wait for our 3rd party support to help you out usually a day or so later
