      Pros

      Decent pay but bonuses and such are not existent since the change of management

      Cons

      Unorganized now since they fired the Former CEO. Advancement is based on favoritism. Half the staff has been terminated and many resigned recently.

      Room for growth opportunities. Collaborative environment. Ability to create and/or change procedures and processes to the betterment of the company.

      Cons

      Need a more strategic approach when hiring. Many layoffs and change in the last few years.
