Pros

Nice offices in a great location, right off I-75, walking distance to Publix, and a short drive from downtown Weston shops. Free beverages and snacks. Offices are well-furnished and comfortable.

Cons

Processes are chaotic, inconsistent and haphazardly documented, if at all. Management and sales regularly make unreasonable promises to clients, fail to communicate said promises to the rest of the team in a timely manner, and refuse to acknowledge the scope of work required to fulfill said promises. They do not offer a health insurance plan. The small monthly stipend they offer instead is paltry, and the lack of this benefit is not compensated for in their salary calculation.

We do appreciate the constructive criticism and definitely know that our production process has room for improvement as our company is in a high growth mode. Unfortunately after just 45 days on the job, it became quickly obvious that this gentleman had not worked in a fast pace tech environment before that requires a high level of multitasking. He was not happy and unable to perform the work and we recognized that we needed to ask him to leave (as difficult a decision as it was). I am sure that he will find more suitable employment matching his excellent creative skills.

Pros

I can’t edit my review but updating from 1 to 2 stars after their response to my review, since business is under new ownership

Cons

It’s pretty asinine to believe that a former employee owes “due diligence” of tracking down business transactional records to determine the partnership history of a former employer, in order to describe said employee’s evidence. But the snippy defensive response tells it all…
