Pros
Lower management is really great. Compassionate and easy going. Really good to work for and with. The schedule is great. Mon-Fri, no nights, call, or weekends. The latest you will work for most sites is 5pm. This is a fantastic job for folks that aren't out to make as much money as they can as fast as possible. There is no overtime. You're going to do your flat 40 every week. But most days you'll be on your way home by 3pm. If you have kids, or if you're old and tired, the schedule is great.
Cons
The pay is the lowest in the market, so we're always short people. No one is going to choose the lowest paying company on the list! Being short staffed makes it harder to take time off. There are no annual raises. Most jobs have one guaranteed raise a year. Not this company. pay raises, when they come, are sporadic, and an absolute max of 3%. There is no pay difference for plain SPECT over PET, or for having CT. No incentives to grow within the company, or the role.
