Pros
Get to meet some lovely clients
You get thrown in the deep end so you'll gain experience
Cons
-Salaries are very poor compared to the income the employee brings in
-Clichey and petty office culture
-Overload their staff with work
-Management turn hot and cold, telling employees they're doing a brilliant job then telling them they're not good enough a few days later due to them being in a bad mood
-Took advantage of unpaid interns, filling them with promises of potential employment just to brutually tell them 'their time is up' and move onto the next naive graduate
- Proof of this is the extremely high turn around of employees, not one employee I worked with there is still an employee...
