5yI'm really happy to hear you feel the leadership team is transparent and see the focus we put on mental health. I personally struggle with stress so the mental well being of our team is something that is constantly on my mind.
On the topic of shutting off, the shift to remote-work certainly has had a major impact on everyone being online more and I can totally see how that puts pressure on employees to always feel like they need to be on. As the CEO I strongly encourage you to feel extremely comfortable in taking time off, sign off Slack immediately after hours, and feel good that you will not be considered less. I'm extremely proud of the work that every team member has done throughout this very stressful period and would prefer to see people take more breaks.
I'm personally going on a vacation soon so please do the same! (also, vacation doesn't have to be long drawn out thing if you don't want to, taking personal days here and there could be really great for unplugging)
