It’s always amazing to hear from our former team members, and your feedback about our work-life balance and leadership is truly appreciated. Whoever you are, I just want to say thank you for everything you've done for Catalyst.
The unique challenges brought by the merger and the new dual CEO structure are not lost on me. Change, especially at this scale, is complex and demands a tremendous amount from everyone. Although it’s been just a couple of months since we unified the companies, we're swiftly adapting our strategies to ensure Catalyst's foundational value of prioritizing people is not just preserved but also improved. This transition is also a way for us to adapt to the shifting economic landscape without sacrificing our core principles. More to come on this very soon.
The dual CEO model is a part of that strategic response —designed to bring a combo perspective that we feel will be highly valuable in today’s market. As we navigate these changes, my door is always open, and I encourage everyone on the team to please share any feedback with me directly.
