The communication with management could be better; The hours could be better for the employees; The salaries should be higher.

pharmacy staff i have worked with were very competent and hard working. real teams that made achieving tarkets possible. a real pleasure from this point of view

stresfull job because of high competition and sales demands from managers up the chain. if you are a strong manager you can handle it though.team work not incuraged by higher managers
