      great product. Sales VP goes above and beyond to help sales team win. Great team of mid level management and staff. Product is a little dated but does everything.

      Cons

      Other senior management seems disconnected and not involved. Some more interested in other things. looking too much at other products driven by bad business decisions.

      They have been been in business a long time

      Cons

      The software is antiquated - if it was 1994 it would be great The leadership team has zero sales experience. They say they want change but are too impatient to see the results Leadership very uncomfortable with remote workers so be prepared to be micromanaged Zero culture. Management does not care at all about their employees - they are as cold as ice.
