      Able to hire Helpdesk technicians to work from anywhere, no need to live near the home office

      Cons

      hours for Helpdesk are 9am-6pm Eastern, which could be hard for those who live in other time zones

      They have been been in business a long time

      Cons

      The software is antiquated - if it was 1994 it would be great The leadership team has zero sales experience. They say they want change but are too impatient to see the results Leadership very uncomfortable with remote workers so be prepared to be micromanaged Zero culture. Management does not care at all about their employees - they are as cold as ice.
