      Pros

      Remote work that is an excellent environment for today's workforce. The company provides EVERYTHING you need to work from home, except for the home itself! While you may not see each other in person, the company finds ways to make sure you feel connected to your team at all times.

      Cons

      Working times are set from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time, so if you live outside of the Eastern timezone, you do have to work within these hours, making for an earlier morning for you (but also an earlier end to your work day).

      They have been been in business a long time

      Cons

      The software is antiquated - if it was 1994 it would be great The leadership team has zero sales experience. They say they want change but are too impatient to see the results Leadership very uncomfortable with remote workers so be prepared to be micromanaged Zero culture. Management does not care at all about their employees - they are as cold as ice.
