Pros

Catsy has been a great place to work for almost two years now! I've worked in a variety of settings, and so far I have been blown away by how well Catsy treats employees through competitive salaries, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Catsy's work environment values hard work and an "all hands on deck" mentality, which I enjoy. This is balanced, of course, by team-wide trivia games!

Cons

Factors that would typically be challenging for many companies are "pros" for Catsy. Although we're a remote team, we're able to work effectively (across multiple timezones) to support each other and our clients 24/7. As a startup, Catsy uses "lack of structure" as an opportunity for workers to really own their positions and grow skills in a way that wouldn't be possible in many corporate settings.

Pros

Technology is a bit fast paced and it can get a bit overwhelming in the beginning. But, I was given access to folks on the team who helped me gain better understanding of the moving pieces.

Cons

Technology may seem a bit fast paced, but, I was given access to folks on the team who helped me gain better understanding of the moving pieces. Other than that, there is very little to say here.

Pros

It is a fast paced work environment where everything you do will have an impact. You are given a lot of responsibility early on so you have the opportunity to learn quickly. Everyone in the office is working together to accomplish a common goal rather than getting involved with office politics like my previous job. If you have an opinion people will listen and your idea may actually be implemented regardless of how junior you are. All in all, it is an exciting place to work.

Cons

The work days are longer than a normal 9-5. You might be asked to do something you don't have a ton of experience in and your responsibilities may change every year. For me, that type of environment is great but if you want an environment that is never changing or exciting/stressful Catsy might not be the place for you.
