      Pros

      Competitive salary, great benefits, amazing team and everyone's nice. Pair programming, communication, a modern stack, and other engineering tenets were great. Very conscious of work-life balance, everyone leaves at 6pm.

      Cons

      Serious doubts about senior management, product doesn't make sense in current iteration. Not sure some of the VPs belong in their position, and the CEO is very detached from the product and processes in place.
