Great people in all sites, willing to listen to ideas regardless of level. Senior leaders and exec are all very approachable and happy to speak to lower level employees, which isn't always the case in other businesses I have worked for.
Cons
It is a relatively small and flat organisation so not masses of opportunities to progress unless someone leaves. But there are opportunities to get involved in projects and activities to boost development if you want it.
