      Life/work balance, encouraging, patients are amazing

      Cons

      Very unethical therapist. Sad for the patients. The CEO always seemed to care a lot and Dr.Lloyd is amazing I'm sure they have no idea what goes on.

      I love the culture. I am able to make a difference in the lives of people who want recovery. I feel like work life balance is good which can be hard to find in this industry.
