1. Post-merger change: “new management with new culture” and evolving processes; some teams report many meetings and older systems that need improvement. 2. Variability by department/level: where can be hierarchical/top‑down decision-making, micro‑management, limited autonomy, and slow approvals 3. Career progression can be non-exist if you're unknown to CxO and HODs 4. Increment lower than inflation rate.

Pros

- Flexible hours - Good benefits - Good colleagues so far - Bonus

Cons

- Messy management - Literally reorg every year after the merge and all the new HOD wants revamp everything every year which makes us not sure about our kpi - Low pay and slow increment even you have good performance. It's all about the relationship between you and your head.
